Cardiolates

Our latest class; the aerobic, calorie-burning benefits of a spinning class with the results-driven, body-sculpting advantages of a Dynamic Pilates workout. For Intermediate and advanced clients only.

TenSpin (Notting Hill Studio only)

A 45 minute high-intensity spin bike session for a complete cardiovascular workout, followed by a 10 minute stretch on the Reformer, helping muscles stay longer, leaner and more flexible.

Men Only (Notting Hill Studio), Men's Priority (Chiswick Studio)

The Men Only class at Notting Hill is (guess what) purely for men. In the Chiswick Men’s Priority class, women are welcome – it’s the same workout either way, with a ‘male’ atmosphere, and a greater focus on the upper body, weight training and muscle building. Read more.

Dynamic Mat Pilates (Chiswick Studio Only)

A natural transition from traditional Pilates to the TenPilates programme. Floor-based, so it's also ideal for anyone with back problems or poor muscular strength. Read more.

PreNatal (Chiswick Studio Only)

Our Prenatal Dynamic Pilates class is a specifically designed, safe pregnancy workout for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. (Women in their 1st trimester are welcome in our Beginners classes, but please consult with a TenPilates trainer before booking.)
