Our Prenatal Dynamic Pilates class is designed around the changing limitations and requirements of a developing pregnancy, to provide a safe effective workout for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester.
Please note: if you're still in your 1st trimester, you're also welcome in our Beginners classes - but please consult with a Trainer before booking.
