Our programmes are based on the dynamic, Reformer-based style of Pilates that has fast become the workout of choice of many of Hollywood’s A-listers.

The TenPilates programme is ideal for anyone who wants to see as well as feel the benefits – fast.

Dynamic Pilates is an innovative, intense, results-driven workout, centred on and around the Reformer bed, that strengthens core muscle groups, slims figures, burns fat and creates lean, toned muscles. You’ll be amazed how quickly you start to look and feel different.

 


The Reformer

One of the most flexible pieces of equipment found in Pilates Studios, the Reformer allows an almost unlimited range of exercises to be performed, allowing you to work every area of the body.

It looks a little like a low bed, with a sliding platform (or carriage) on which you lie, sit, kneel or stand to perform different routines. The carriage is connected to the Reformer frame by a series of springs that can be adjusted to provide differing levels of resistance, depending on ability and the exercise being performed.

Ours are customised to our own design to suit the needs of our unique Dynamic Pilates workout, and are specially imported from the U.S.

The TenPilates workout combines traditional Pilates moves with techniques from circuit and weight training to isolate and work specific muscle groups more effectively.
