- All potential TenPilates Trainers pass a minimum 3 stage interview process before they gain acceptance into the TenPilates training academy.
- We are the only company of our kind to have a REPS accredited training academy (Trainers are paid during their training and are required to pass this academy before they teach our clients).
- We hold regular internal CPD workshops led by our Master Trainers and therapy team.

If you want to be considered for a position you will need the following:
Qualifications:
- Exercise / sports science degree and/or a combination of industry qualifications equating to degree level. E.g Diploma in sports science, plus advanced personal training course.
- Pilates (mat and or reformer/equipment) and indoor cycling qualifications are advantageous however not required.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in teaching fitness classes and / or conducting personal training sessions (both is preferred).

Salary/Benefits:
- Year 1 : OTE 20K – OTE 25K
- Year 2 onwards : OTE 25K - OTE 35K+
- Other Benefits: Paid Training period, Ongoing Training and development, REPS CPD points
Permanent contract. Full Time. Minimum 40 hours / week.
