Originally from Connemara in Ireland. Ken comes to TenPilates with a vast amount of experience in the fitness industry. Having taught Reformer Pilates for several years in Dublin, you will soon see how the luck - not to mention the ability, skills and insights - of the Irish will help transform your body.
Ken specialises in corrective exercise, with a detailed knowledge and understanding of how the body moves and reacts to repetitive daily chores. With his help, you'll quickly start to see and feel a positive difference in your everyday life and shape.
Ken is the founder (and to date, the only) member of the TenPilates Gaelic football team.
