Johanna qualified with a diploma in Advanced Personal Training with specialist training for pre/postnatal populations. She also has a particular interest in strength and endurance training.
Having worked in large health clubs for a number of years as a PT and Nutritional Advisor, Jo has gained a wealth of experience across many varied clients, from helping women battle their post baby bulge to guiding nervous runners through their first marathon.
When not in the studio, Jo can normally be found climbing up mountains or running. Or, on a good day, both.
