Angela Curtis

Angela is eminently qualified, academically and professionally. She has a BA in Psychology and Japanese from Sydney University, and is currently studying for an MSc at LSE in the department of Social Psychology.

A classically trained, highly experienced Pilates teacher and personal fitness instructor, with a focus on outdoor training, Angela is passionate about the ability of positive psychology to influence our health, well-being and fitness goals.

With a background in endurance sports, in particular long distance running and triathlons, Angela is passionate about all things fitness related, including Pilates, yoga, running and circuit training. When she’s not training, she’s always happier outdoors than in, and happier still traveling to new and exotic places.
