Parking

The good news is that there’s plenty of it. There’s pay and display parking right outside the building, up to a maximum of 4 hours, and for those of you with Kensington and Chelsea permits, no shortage of residents’ bays.
The bad news is that, like the rest of Notting Hill, we’re in the congestion zone. (Thanks Ken.)
Alternatively, you can use the car park at Sainsbury's in Canal Way. It's outside the congestion zone, so not only do you save £8 but you can use the 10-minute walk to the studio as a warm-up.



How to get to us


Journey Planner


Directions/Journey Planner:

On foot from Ladbroke Grove Tube
Walk up Ladbroke Grove towards Kensal Rise. After about 600m turn left at the roundabout onto Barlby Road. Pall Mall Deposit is 200m on the left.

By bus from Ladbroke Grove Tube
Take the no. 7 from Ladbroke Grove. It takes 7-8 mins and drops you at the top of St Mark's Road, just around the corner from the Pall Mall Deposit Building (a 1-minute walk, at most).

Alternatively, take the 52, 452, 23 or 70 up Ladbroke Grove towards Kensal Rise. Get off at Barlby Road (the first roundabout). Walk 200m down Barlby Road to The Pall Mall Deposit.

By bus from Notting Hill Gate Tube
Take the 52 or 452 towards Kensal Rise for 10-15mins. From Chesterton Road it’s a 5-minute walk to Pall Mall Deposit.

Recommended as your first class with TenPilates or for those of you who would like more practice at a gentler pace.

• Intermediate
A general class, which requires a reasonable level of experience and fitness to participate.

• Advanced
Performed on and off the Reformer, with a greater focus on cardio. Demanding, dynamic, aerobic & fun.

• Men-Only
A great way to experience the intense and dynamic TenPilates workout – without being shown up by the women.

• Personal Training
For an individual and totally personalised approach to your training, or as an introduction to the TenPilates workout, call 020 8969 9677.
