When Joseph Pilates first developed his groundbreaking new system, it was for his own benefit, and to help soldiers recover from injury. It was only later that it was adapted for use by women. In fact, as men tend to be less supple than women, it’s often of much greater benefit to them.
Pilates is becoming increasingly popular amongst professional sportsmen, including premier league footballers, rugby players and cricketers, as well as with many high profile figures.
Unlike traditional Pilates, the TenPilates programme has been designed to provide all the intensity and cardiovascular effort you could ask for in a workout. In addition to improving flexibility and core stability, our men’s classes include weight training and muscle-building exercises.

Classes
Whilst you're are more than welcome to join any of our regular classes, we also run a dedicated men-only class on Tuesdays from 8 - 9 pm.
However, if you’d prefer a different time and there are 3 or more of you we will try to schedule a class for you.
