TenPilates is the home of Dynamic Pilates, an innovative, results-driven workout that offers significant, sustainable benefits and is particularly effective against back pain and postural problems. It also improves general aerobic fitness, which in turn is acknowledged to promote improved levels of concentration and attention span.

With a proven ability to reduce both musculoskeletal problems and stress levels alike, Dynamic Pilates is an ideal form of exercise for office workers and executives.

TenPilates’ corporate offering has been designed to provide an simple and effective way to help organisations promote exercise and create a better working environment for their staff, either by providing corporate classes or by allowing employees to benefit from a reduced corporate rate.

Corporate classes

Corporate classes give colleagues a chance to train together at a certain time every week.
With the studio reserved for them alone, it is a fun, social and very personal workout for colleagues to enjoy at a preferred time (availabilities are subject to trainer and studio availabilities).

Corporate classes are suitable for 5-10 people, and cost £17.00 per bed.

Corporate rate

To qualify for our corporate rate, a minimum of 5 employees need to sign up to take Dynamic Pilates classes. With TenPilates’ corporate rate block purchase option, corporate rate classes can be purchased in blocks of 50, which can be shared amongst the participating employees, and are valid for use at any time within a 6-month period. A block of 50 classes costs £775, which equates to £15.50 per class - the cheapest way to train at TenPilates.

Terms & Conditions

A minimum of 50 classes must be purchased to receive the corporate rate.

A minimum of 5 people from the same company signing up for classes.

Classes valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

Classes can be put on the company’s account for all employees to share or divided proportionally between individual employees.
