Faster and louder than the standard Intermediate class, this intense, focused, enjoyable session uses both the Reformer and our Cardio stepboxes to combine core stability work with exercises that use combinations of oxygen-hungry large muscle groups to work the heart and lungs harder.
It’s a great way to combine the body-sculpting benefits of Intermediate-level Dynamic Pilates training with a more aerobic workout.
