PreNatal classes are available at most Studios. However if you prefer to continue attending standard classes, you can do so as long as you follow our guidelines.

Only exercises that are completely safe for mother and baby will be performed. And with a maximum number of 8 mums-to-be in a class, your Trainer can make sure you receive plenty of individual, personalised attention.
