Pregnancy and childbirth are a time of significant change for the body.

It’s widely understood that the right kind of exercise, taken in the right way, boosts the immune system and provides the circulation and energy levels needed to enjoy your pregnancy more fully and prepare better for labour.

With a focus on core stability, strength and overall fitness, our PreNatal classes are an excellent way to help your body cope with the changes you’re undergoing, and prepare it for the stresses to come.

Our Prenatal Dynamic Pilates class is designed around the changing limitations and requirements of a developing pregnancy, to provide a safe effective workout for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Please note: if you're still in your 1st trimester, you're also welcome in our Beginners classes - but please consult with a Trainer before booking.

What to expect

Only exercises that are completely safe for mother and baby will be performed. And with a maximum number of 5 mums-to-be in a class, your Trainer can make sure you receive plenty of individual, personalised attention.

Results and benefits

The PreNatal programme is specifically designed to biomechanically retrain your muscles to respond to the changes your body is undergoing throughout your pregnancy. By helping them activate properly and in the correct sequence, you will be able to cope more easily with the rigours of labour and childbirth, and the demands of the months to follow.

Attending classes throughout pregnancy also significantly helps and speeds up the process of getting your body back in shape after childbirth, helping you look and feel fabulous sooner.
