Why Come

If you have been attending our Dynamic Pilates classes and would like a more overtly ‘manly’ approach to your training, this is the class for you.

Designed expressly around, and for, the male physique, the class is split into two sections.

The first half is on our trademark Reformers, where we activate the targeted muscles and develop your core strength.

The second half is spent in the TenPilates weights room, focusing on developing strength and definition in the muscles in the chest, shoulders, back, arms and legs.

This is a workout designed to push you to your limits, so it’s for intermediate and advanced level clients only, preferably with some weight-lifting experience.

With a maximum of 4 people in each class, there is nowhere to hide. And even though you'll have the Studio to yourselves, it’s still the same price as our current classes, and can be taken as part of an existing block booking.

What to expect

Come prepared to work hard, and expect more noise, nastier music, more testosterone, and plenty of sweating.

Each week, the workout will focus on a different body part, and the Trainers will use various techniques and training methods to create an uncompromisingly challenging and effective workout that will build as well as define muscle, burn fat and improve posture and overall flexibility.

Results and benefits

The combination of strengthening the local and global muscles in synergy will generate an all round posturally-correct, muscular, lean body.

In addition, the high-intensity nature of the class will have you burning through a serious amount of calories.
