If you’ve been coming to intermediate level classes for a while, are looking to work harder and push yourself further, welcome to the ultimate Dynamic Pilates workout.
Please note: this class is for experienced practitioners only. You’ll need good levels of fitness, stamina, flexibility, core strength and technical capability, and should only attend with a Trainer’s approval.
A demanding session - by any standards. The moves are more advanced, with a step up in weight, duration and intensity. You’ll perform more sequences, with greater precision and fewer pauses.
The exercises are highly functional, working different muscle groups together, to increase the effort and control required, improving overall strength and endurance, and burning calories faster.
It’s harder, the changeovers are faster, there’s less explanation, and absolutely no let-up. So you’ll need to be comfortable with your technique and familiar with the exercises.
This is an unapologetically serious workout, so expect to see significant improvements in strength, flexibility and muscle tone.
