Advanced Class

If you’re looking to combine your Dynamic Pilates training with a more aerobic workout, welcome to the TenPilates Advanced Class.

This is a fast-paced, cardio-focused class that uses the reformer and our cardio stepboxes to combine core-stability work with exercises that use combinations of large muscle groups.

These muscle groups need more energy and oxygen to work properly, so you’ll find your heart rate and breathing increasing dramatically to meet this demand. Making it a great way to improve stamina and cardiovascular fitness.

Forget the treadmill or the daily jog. The Advanced Class will have your heart rate up and your muscles burning (along with a whole load of calories). So carry on jogging in if you want, but we guarantee you’ll be walking home afterwards.
